Hilton Harrisburg was seeking a marketing partner for the branding and launching of two new on-site restaurants. Key objectives included the need to differentiate these restaurants from their competitors – as well as from each other – and generate immediate revenue for the Hilton property.  All while overcoming the stigma often attached to “hotel restaurants.”

After winning the pitch, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work. In addition to the initial brand launch pieces (logos, trademark searches, brand positioning), we put together an aggressive media plan utilizing paid and earned media, and effectively leveraging the Hilton Harrisburg’s existing promotional efforts and media relationships.

Most recently, our work received the highest honors within the Hilton organization. The iconic chain recognized our dual launch of 1700 Degrees Steakhouse and Ad Lib Craft Kitchen and Bar as its Best Launch Marketing Campaign in North and South America during 2014 and one of its top four globally, placing Hilton Harrisburg among the hottest hotel properties in the world. The restaurants continue to outperform all expectations for sales volume and revenues.
